Primary Tools

These are the tools I set up and configure for most clients.

  • ChatGPT (OpenAI) — The most well-known AI assistant. Great for drafting emails, brainstorming, writing content, and general business tasks. Most clients already recognize the name.
  • Claude (Anthropic) — Excellent for working with long documents, careful analysis, and nuanced writing. Especially strong for professional services and anything requiring attention to detail.
  • Google Gemini — Ideal if your business already runs on Google Workspace. It integrates directly with Gmail, Google Docs, and Sheets, making it the easiest on-ramp for Google-heavy businesses.

Additional Tools We Can Discuss

For specific situations, there are other options worth considering.

  • DeepSeek — A powerful, budget-friendly option. Best for internal research and non-sensitive work. Important to know: data routes through servers in China, so it's not suitable for confidential or customer data.
  • Kimi (Moonshot AI) — Strong at processing very long documents and research tasks. A free tier is available. Better suited for tech-comfortable users who need deep document analysis.
